Terms & conditions


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request to return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item/s.  Any request for returns made after the 7-days will not be accepted. It is the buyers responsibility to check all items within the 7-day period as no refunds will be issued for requests made after the 7-days. A re-packing charge will be incurred for any items sent back, which is not in the original packaging/condition it was sent out in.

An email must be sent to us before sending back any goods. You must have received a confirmation email from us, which accepts your return before returning goods. Failure to comply with this will result in a non-refund of any goods sent back to us.

We do not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. We will only refund postage upto the value of the original postage charged. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pack your parcel securely as we do not take liability in the event of damage or loss. The sender is responsible for the cost of return and for ensuring we receive the parcel therefore we advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery.
